"I had the pleasure of working with Deshika Rodrigo when I invited her in 2021 to help with structuring and implementing a Middle Management Development programme to assist our team with role, career transitions. The success of Season 1, conducted over a period of 9 months has led to it being adopted as an ongoing programme which is now in its 3rd season. Deshika is genuinely passionate about helping others grow. We launched the programme by having Deshika design and conduct personality tests and competency assessments covering cognitive ability, relationship management, drive excellence, leadership competencies, using psychometric tools to develop leadership and improve self-awareness, facilitating stakeholder feedback sessions, one-on-one mentoring sessions, group workshops in the form of movie reviews, book reviews and evaluation of service-related projects to improve team dynamics, individual presentations, judging and selection of best performers in multiple categories. At the end of the programme, she also conducted a review/re-calibration session with the trainers, mentors, mentees, and the management team. Deshika always took the time to understand individual needs and tailor her approach to suit each mentee as well as support each one to craft a personal development plan. She also conducted an Executive Mentoring Session for the Management team. Although it commenced and concluded with in-person sessions, I am happy that we continued the programme virtually during the pandemic which saw participant engagement surprisingly very high, which led to tangible improvements. I have personally witnessed significant growth in my team's performance. Beyond her professional expertise, I have found Deshika to be a wonderful human being and extremely easy to work with. Her positive attitude, open communication, and willingness to go the extra mile makes her a great partner when it comes to consulting expertise in her related field."
